Here’s an herb planter to cozy right up to the back door. At a comfortable standing height, it makes planting, tending, and harvesting more joy than chore. Individual compartments, each lined with a permeable liner, keep herbs separate and easier to manage. If you need to replace a plant, or want to start one later than the rest, you won’t have to worry about disturbing the roots of other plants around it. At the base of the planter itself, under the individual compartments is a 4-gallon reservoir with easy-fill tube and water-level indicator. Compartment dividers slide out, as do the grow bag liners, should you need to access the reservoir at any time. A slatted shelf at the bottom of the planter offers handy storage for tools and accessories.
